The Study On Management Model Of Xingsheng Community

With the urban development and urbanization process accelerated, community governance model gradually becomes an important social issue. Recently, community governance model are not still form a unified understanding in china, and not develop a comprehensive theory of community governance model. Xian as a developed region in the West, how to draw on the successful experience of the urban community administration at home and abroad to explore Xi’an urban community governance model,which is very important theoretical and practical significance. for construction of harmonious peaceful community in the Western regionBasing on the above research significance, this paper firstly introduces the status of community.Secondly, combining with the status, it reveals many problems of xingsheng communities management by investigation questionnaire,and analysis the cause and find further ways and means of changing XingSheng community Thirdly,basing on current problems and cause analysis, this paper constructs information community governance model, and analysis the implementation of the model will face resistance factors. Finally this paper proposes corresponding countermeasures to carry out successfully the above mode.We hope this research not only can contribute to build community governance model of the western city, but also provide some new ideas and references to practical problems faced by the construction of China’s urbanization.
