Research On Our Country’s Official Property Declaration System

Corruption has been so difficult to eradicate in the social configuration from the birth ofthe official classes.It restrict the healthy development of the political,economic. The birth ofthe official property declaration system,added a new tool to governments to curbcorruption,became the basic path to prevent and punish corruption around the world.With thecommencement of the deepening of China’s anti-corruption efforts,one after another badinfluence of corruption cases appeared on society.The economic corruption behavior of someofficials has come almost to the point of madness,serious damage to the interests of thepublic,and hinder the establishment of mutual trust system of the Government and the peopleand undermine the normal social order.Premier Wen Jiabao said in such a grim situation"Progressive,property declaration and the open system is an important measure to preventcorruption of cadres,but also the protection of the fundamental system ofanti-corruption."Therefore it is necessary to strengthen the supervision of official conduct andtake preventive measures to curb corruption from the sources.The establishment conforms toour country national condition of the official property declaration system.While officials offamily property placed under the supervision of the law.So let the official property declarationlaw,preparing to follow,create a good social environment is very important.In this paper,based on the above. Understanding of the legislation and the constructionof China’s official property declaration system,analyses the implementing officials propertydeclaration system in China is facing some difficulties in the process,combine with ourcurrent situation and examine the advanced experience of other countries and regions, andputs forward some suggestions.The paper is divided into seven parts.The first part is an introduction,a briefintroduction of this writing opportunity.The second part is the summary of the officialproperty declaration system,briefly introduces the concept and function of the system.Thethird part is the exploration of officials property declaration system in China.Brieflyintroduced the legislative development of China’s official property declaration system,and thestatus of implementation of several pilot areas in China.The fourth part analyzes the existingset of official property declaration system of our problems in the process from the threeaspects of idea,system,legal system.The fifth part mainly studied the advanced experience ofother countries and regions.Brief introduction to the United States,South Korea,Hong Kongofficials property declaration system of the basic situation,summarized its advantages.Thesixth part is from the four aspects of how to promote the establishment of official property declaration system in China and puts forward some targeted suggestions.The last is the conclusion of this paper.
