The Research Of The Public Emergency Cases Management In China

As the revolution development of our country, a series of conflicts and affairs have been occurred, under these circumstances, the emergency management has become the inevitable and desiderated problem. Recently, China has been in the phase that the emergency issues happened a lot. Different kinds of emergency issues occurred constantly and the rapid economic development pace also cause the emergency issues’ odds ascend. How to strengthen the ability of the government emergency management, secure the citizens’ lives, property safety and the stable and unity of society are the challenges to the government. This paper takes the emergency management as the object of the research and use the documental analysis method, case analysis method and the method of comparative analysis to do the research and analyze the measures which could improve the capability of emergency management in China.This paper first analyzed the theories of the emergency issues and the emergency management and the different types of the emergency issues, then did the synoptically introduction of the emergency management. After the recapitulative introduction of the emergency management in China, we did list the emergency management of the U.S., Russia and Japan and conclude the advantages of these countries. In the third part, this paper set up a case of the classical emergency issues which are the types of accidental issue, disaster issue and public sanitation issue in China in order that we could find out what are the disadvantages in Chinese emergency management. In the last part, this paper concludes the developed experiences above and makes some constructive suggestions on how to improve the emergency management in China.
