With electrical and electronic going forward, household electric appliances productions are flying, and becoming one of the most important industries in our country. At the same time, following the economic development, more and more household electric appliances have come into people lives in city and rural area, become an important part of life. Otherwise, together with the univeralation and heavy consumption, our country reached the waste peak of household electric appliances. A huge number of household electric appliances are becoming waste. In this case, we must pay attention to the effect to environmental protection and circular economy which is given from the waste household electric appliances. Facing this situation, the new laws including Waste household appliances and electronic products recycling regulations and matching system was born. Many scholars are researching this question to find the way how to operate the law system.My paper stars at the waste household electric appliances laws in Japan which is an advanced country in the environmental protection and circular economy area. First, I determined what waste household electric appliances recovery is, and set the legal entities including producers, handlers, sellers, recyclers, consumers and state organs. Second, during reading and personal translating of Japanese laws, I got the analysis of Japan’s waste household appliances recycling processes and related legal provisions. Then I compare waste household appliances recycling processes and related legal provisions in China, find the advantages and disadvantages in the two countries, in order to promote the development of our country reclaims waste home appliance industry laws, promoting the circular economy in China.
