With the global legal system more and more progress，and the awareness of theguarantee of human rights in criminal execution more and more progress, Communitycorrection system began as important as the prison correction. Community correction,as originated in Europe and the United States, has very long time development andevolution, so our country should absorb this system, and transplant it to Chinesejudicial system very well.At the beginning of this century, our country formally introduced to thecommunity correction system, and some areas are pilot. After10years of pilot,through our government, the judicial administrative department and the personnelinvolved, the social forces to work together, in China’s community correction processhas made certain achievements, but there also has many problems. Problem is notterrible, as long as we have a careful analysis of the causes of the problems, and thenexplore the solution, eventually reaching the desired results. In the current situation,the author has chosen one problem to research. The implementation of communitycorrection subjects, has been hindering China’s community correction work. For example:"Criminal law" and" Criminal Procedure Law"make the public security organs as the main body of community correction, but TheSupreme People’s court and the Supreme People’s Procuratorate make judicialadministrative organs as the main body of community correction.In order to solve this problem, on March, China through the amendment to thecriminal procedural law, put forward first" community correction mechanism" as thesubject of community correction work.
