The Establishment Of System Of Social Endowment Insurance With Chinese Characteirstics

The social security system has been further consolidated, since the reformand open policy to the world. However, with the speeding up of aging andurban-rural integration, the endowment insurance for the rural elderlybecomes much more serious in China. Therefore, it is significant to establishand improve the system of social endowment insurance which has beenconsidered as the core of the rural endowment insurance system in future.Currently, there are many problems in Chinese rural endowmentinsurance, including the traditional system and new system. The traditionalendowment insurance can’t fit the national condition with its impededdevelopment; on the other hand, the new system is running on a trial basiswith unpredictable risks. It is urgent to establish the rural endowmentinsurance system with Chinese characteristics which can meet the needs ofnational condition.First of all, this study analyzes the current rural endowment insurancesystem of Hubei province, and the existing inner problems. And then, on thebasis of the study achievements at home and abroad, the rural endowmentinsurance system of china is studied systematically, aiming at tackling ruralproblems. Lastly, the study uses the methods of comparative analysis toresearch the relevant theories about Chinese rural endowment insurancesystem, and makes some feasible suggestions about rural endowmentinsurance for theoretical and implementer reference.
