Probe On The Social Responsibility Of China Non-Probe Organization From The Perspective Of Organizational Mission

Since the1970s, with the arrival of "community revolution" non-profit organization hasundergone an unprecedented development. In the1980s, with the development of marketeconomy and the transition of government function, the nonprofit organization develops quicklyin our country. The17th of the party’s report clearly states that: to play social organizations inexpanding public participation and report on their petitions to improve the self-governancecapability of society……pay attention to the social organization construction and management.This implies that China should give attention to the effect of nonprofit organization inconstructing the harmonious society and encourage the development of the non-profitorganization. As the major organization system innovation in the history of the development ofhuman society, the nonprofit organization with its volunteer public welfare non-governmentalnon-profit characteristics, bear responsibility that the market does not do and the government dohard in the process of providing public products or quasi-public products, promote formation theeffective mechanism of wealth and resources the third allocation in the society of marketeconomy. As public welfare fund provider and public responsibility performer in the operationof public welfare of resource allocation, master its mission and bear the social responsibilities,become the basic behavior model of non-profit organization create excellence image and get thepublic recognition.With the further development of the nonprofit organization in China，the influence oforganization functions and organizational function make it becomes more important bear subjectin the social mission and social responsibility, and there are many disadvantages non-profitorganizations in the social responsibility, in which there are external system failure, also have theintrinsic understanding fuzzy, need to have relative theory construction and practice norms.Based on the above ideas the author wrote this degree thesis. This article elaborates the researchbackground, current research at home and abroad and research ideas which the non-profitorganization take social responsibility of, next analysis and defined the main concept of thenon-profits, after reading the basic concept, the article gives clear description to thecharacteristics and the actual predicament of Chinese non-profit organizations in the existingsystem environment and culture background, with the concerned phenomena of voluntary failureinterprets the value standard behind the organization. Expounds the first level of value standard:organizational mission， discusses the second level of value norms: social responsibility.Analyzing for as to organization’s mission and shaping social responsibility in which have theunique connotation and all levels of performance in the non-profit organization. Through the investigation and analysis, penetrating Chinese non-profit organizations bear socialresponsibility and absence, misalignment and does not reach the designated position, etc. Finallyconstructing countermeasures and suggestions of Chinese non-profit organizations socialresponsibility mechanism.
