Research On The Phenomenon Of “violent Law Enforcement” Of Urban Management Law Enforcement Personnel

In 1984,the city management law enforcement was first appeared in China.Its full name was the administrative law enforcement of urban management.The system was formally promulgated in 1997.This concept has Chinese characteristics and characteristics of different regions.After 30 years of development and evolution,it has brought great contribution to the society,especially in the maintenance of public order and public order.In the construction of a harmonious society,at present,the specific policy of the law enforcement of urban management in China is the "law of law,the law must be carried out,the law enforcement is strict,the law is prosecuted",which indicates the road and direction for the development of the society.At the same time,it has also accelerated the process of the development of the legal system.However,in recent years,the law enforcement of urban management has gradually caused a negative effect.The influence,such as the violent refusal of peddlers and the violent law enforcement events of urban management,has caused much attention of people from all walks of life,and some media have made exposure to these events,causing the post to be the main body of exercising power and in an embarrassing situation.People tend to be weary,and these actions have a negative impact on the creation of a harmonious society,so it is particularly important to change the phenomenon of urban management law enforcement and to find effective ways to deal with it.In this paper,the present situation of domestic research is arranged,and the concrete reasons for the law enforcement of urban tube violence are regarded as the starting point,and the problems in the law enforcement process are analyzed from three aspects of law enforcement object,law enforcement team and social environment.A city management system has a lot of loopholes,is not perfect,and is not very smooth,there is no definite standard system to standardize.Therefore,this article regards the elimination of the law enforcement of urban tube violence as the goal,and regards the related system as the starting point.There are some space for thinking.
