From Governing China To Party Building

Governance theory has been widely applied to many fields,from Global governance, national governance and local governance to university governance and corporate governance. Governance theory has become one of the most popular Cutting-edge theories in the field of international academic. In many places referring to "governance", a lot of people use the term far beyond its original meaning. But,the widespread use of the "governance" has promoted the development of this theory.The rise of governance is relevant to the profound Changes in economic, political, and social aspects of the world. The emergence and widespread dissemination of this theory has also become an important part of globalization. The innovation and development of this theory not only inherits the existing theoretical achievements, but also tries to break through some limitations of traditional theory. Governance put forward a number of new and different thinking from rule and management,this provides a new perspective for our understanding of the interaction between political and social, which is conducive to solve complex problems in modern society. Governance as a new kind of management style, breaks the unified management of the Government in the past. Citizen participation and civil society is also of great significance to the sound development of the social. Coordination and cooperation in government, civil society and other social sectors is the core of the governance. The nature of governance is power returned to society from the state.Faced with increasingly complex social conflicts, problem-solving approaches and rules are also found in the process of coordination and cooperation. In order to reach a consensus and maximize the public interest, the authority is more valuable than the power. The concepts of modern government such as fairness, openness, freedom, democracy, rule of law, supervision, accountability are also applicable to governance.Openness and inclusiveness of governance means that different countries have their own characteristics.Governance faces many problems in China. We can also establish a governance mechanism in the political system with a strong main. On the other hand, the Marxist ruling party does not prevent the Communist Party of China from becoming the party with the concept of governance. Governance and the Communist Party of China’s nation-building goal are the same. For the Communist Party of China, governance can be finished in the following ways:Cooperation between different governance bodies can be promoted by improving the coordination mechanism of interest and establishing a limited government,but this can not be done without cultivating the spirit of citizenship and improving the civil society; the focus of governing China is grassroots governance.Because Communist Party of China is not only a social public power in the fact, but also the core of the government agencies, self-construction of Communist Party of China has become one part of governing China. To further promote the governance, Communist Party of China needs to strengthen its self-construction. To achieve the goals of governing China by Communist Party of China, we need to improve the inclusiveness of Communist Party of China, reform the concept of governance and governing style and strengthen the interaction of Communist Party of China and other governance bodies.
