The Study Of The Problems And Reasons In The Construction Of Basic Party Organization In Rural Area

The construction of basic party organization in rural area is a significant part in the construction of the party and its level straightly affect the whole situation of the party construction and reform and development of rural area. So the construction of basic party organization has a significant meaning:it’s the important guarantee of consolidating the basic power of the country in rural area; it’s the organization guarantee to carry out the policies in rural area and it’s the key step in accelerating the new rural area construction. The economy in rural area, the new development of the society and the present situation of basic party construction make the basic party construction more urgent. At present, the basic level of rural area, especially the party organization has many problems, which are urgent to research and solve.According to surveys and conclusions, the author holds the opinion that there are the following prominent problems in the construction of basic party organization. Firstly, part of the party members have only weak sense of the party and the education and administration of party members is not in place; secondly, the development of party members in rural area is not powerful; thirdly, quality and ability of secretary of party branch is not good enough; fourthly, part of the party organization in village level are loose and have insufficient power of governance. Besides, the advancement of the party members in rural area is not powerful; the sense of serve for the people is not strong enough; the creativeness of rural party organization in work in not enough, which are all the problems that the basic party organization is facing.As for these questions, reasons are from various aspects, including the effect of environment, the problem of policy and the self problems of part members. Questions are related with each other and reasons are complicated, so consolidation of the construction of basic party organization in rural area should be considered comprehensively.
