This article is aimed at looking into the mechanism of political participation on microblog. It analyzes the system background and realistic basis of political participation on microblog. And then, it provides some proposals of microblog political participation. The whole article is divided into five parts. In the first part, it reviews the study of microblog political participation both home and abroad. In the second part, it discusses features of microblog political participation.. In the forth part, it evaluates current situation of microblog political participation.
