Factors Influencing The Development Of China's Charity Of Ethical Thinking

Philanthropy is embedded in the social system, plays an important role in thedevelopment of society. Philanthropy plays a redistribution of the wealth of resourcesto promote individual social welfare functions, coordinating the functions of socialdevelopment, to educate the public morals of the function, to supplement the socialsecurity function. At present, China’s economic development has made someachievements, and constantly improve people’s living standards, but accompaniedwith social instability increased. The development of philanthropy on the one handcan facilitate the elimination of social instability, on the other hand can be enrichedand developed the theory of philanthropy. In this context, the state attaches greatimportance to the development of philanthropy in China’s "12th Five-Year Plan"clearly states that "accelerate the development of the charity, enhance social charityawareness and actively cultivate a charitable organization, to implement and improvethe tax benefits of charitable donations policy."In this paper, the review of the development of philanthropy in China practice,as well as the impact of the current empirical analysis of China’s charity developmentfactors, designed to provide for the development of philanthropy in China the idea ofethical and moral support.
