Land circulation is the third adjustment of land policy after land reform, the household contract responsibility system, we hope that land circulation is to be the most effective way to use land as one factor of production. Nan an village is not only the first one to implement land circulation, but also a typical success in Shao Xing city. Farmers’flow and differentiation under the background of land circulation has resulted in an in negligible influence on the farmers’political participation and rural villages management. Therefore, This thesis takes Nan an village as a case, uses theory of social mobility and social stratification, uses methods of literature, observation and interview, Through depth interview to cadres, villagers, large-contract family and other different objects in Nan an village, Masters the history, current situation and effect of land circulation in Nan an village, the details of social members structure in Nan an village, based on this, we analysis the farmer flow, differentiation and the impact of flow and differentiation of farmers to rural social management under the background of land circulation in Nan an village. I hope this issue can provide a reference for the relevant departments, and achieve the purpose of the theory inspection and practice care.This research include six chapters.Chapter one is preface, composed of four parts, part one is exposition on the background and significance of research, part two is research review, it discusses relevant research on farmers’flow and differentiation home and abroad, and evaluates former researches. part three introduces the methods and study sample of the research. part four is on definition of core concepts about farmers’flow and differentiation from the perspective of land transfer in order that we know what we want to say.Chapter two is the presentation of the land transfer in Nan an Village since the reformation of China. it describes the background, process and effectiveness of land transfer in sample village.Chapter three is based on Chapter one and Chapter two, we know that the land circulation has become a new variables of the farmer flow and differentiation, It caused the sharp movement and stratum differentiation of farmers.Chapter four analysis new characteristics of farmers’flow and differentiation in the context of land transfer. According to the case, reveals the important characteristics of farmers’flow under background of the land circulation:(1) Farmers begin local scale agriculture from working out;(2) Farmers begin flowing with family instead of individual;(3)The societal and personal costs of farmer flow becomes lower;(4) coexistence in outflow and reflux phenomenon;(5) Time of farmer flow outside becomes longer. At the same time, I pointed out that the differentiation of peasants having plurality, transitional features under the background of land circulation.Chapter five analysis the new social structure caused by farmers’flow and differentiation under the context of land transfer, and also analysis the features of the new social structure.
