Exploring The Direction Of Legal Service Offices’ Development In Chinese Country

Farmers’ rights and interests are the essence and gist of China’s rural problems. In the construction of state’s legal system, the maintenance of farmers’ rights and interests focuses on the establishement and improvement of its legal guarantee mechanism. According to the arrangement by the central committee on promoting the construction of new socialist countryside, stabilizing and developing grass-roots legal services is vital to the rural economic development and strengthening of the construction of democracy.Rural society and governments are the cornerstone of the whole country. The administration of grass-root society and governments is impportant to the strategy of China Government administration.The Grassroots justice constitutes the judicial system in China. With the conflict of judicial specialization and judicial popularization, and under the pressure of accumulated lawsuits, it is important to pursue sufficient, appropriate and optional dispute-settling mechanism for the public and provide proper legal service for simple and smallcases. On one hand, it concerns the settlement of disputes and the stability of grass-roots society, on the other hand, it will affect the civil litigation structure in integrating into our society.Based on the national investigation and the original documents of grass-root legal services, here I try to analyze the current situation and the problems of grass-root legal service in Jiangsu Provicne and Sheyang Country; emphasize the importance of improving legal services,and give some advices on solving the difficulties that the grass-root legal services offces facing and in its improvement. The thesis research in the function of grass-root legal services office in the whole legal system by using dynamic anlysisi and static analysis method, through Literature Consultation and cases investigation. It shows the directon of grass-root legal services office development by camparing the construciotn of grass-root legal services system of both history and reality, home and abroad, especially the construction of rural legal services offices.
