With the continuous development of the new rural construction,the rural villages in Sheyang County of Yancheng City have undergone earth-shaking changes.The rural social structure and interest pattern have also changed constantly.The villagers' lifestyles,interests and needs for life have been diversified..However,some grassroots township governments in Sheyang County still favor traditional management methods such as traditional administrative orders and cadres and villages.The traditional management model has many drawbacks,including low management efficiency,unclear classification criteria,overlapping responsibilities,and opaque working mechanisms.The coordination of the department is low,the operation supervision is not in place,and the public feedback is low.It is difficult to meet the needs of rural residents for the publie service products provided by the government.The grid management can divide each management object into many grids according to the corresponding standards.Units,through information connectivity and coordination between grid cells,effectively parallelize each grid unit,share organizational resources,and achieve maximum combination of resources.However,with the continuous advancement of rural grid management in Sheyang County,there are a series of problems.This paper analyzes and studies the current situation of grid management in Sheyang Rural,in order to provide reference materials for its further development.This study studies the current situation of rural gridding in Sheyang County,Yancheng City through literature reading method,field research method and case analysis method.It is found that after 6 years of continuous promotion,the rural grid construction of Sheyang County is based on infrastructure and personnel.Some achievements have been made in terms of configuration,management methods,and operational mechanisms.However,through research,it is found that the rural grid management in Sheyang County still has imperfect talent team construction,unclear management space division,and imperfect performance evaluation system.The problems of low participation,combined with the actual analysis of the problems found,found that the problems in the rural grid construction of Sheyang County are mainly due to the lack of personnel training and financial support,the impact of government functions,the lack of information interaction between departments.Management communication,the construction of information platform is backward,and the assessment mechanism is still not perfect.On this basis,a comparative study was conducted on the embedded group service of Zhoushan,Zhejiang,the perfect grid management assessment system of Shenzhen Taoyuan,and the "one.three-three" model of Yichang,Hubei,and summarized and found the grid of the three regions.The successful experience of governance is mainly to promote the combination of service and management,break the island to carry out coordinated government,strengthen technical support and platform construction,and guide the masses to actively participate in grid management.Based on the analysis of the problems and causes of rural gridding in Sheyang County,based on the experience of other regions,the countermeasures for strengthening the rural grid management in Sheyang County are proposed.First,increase publicity,fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the villagers,increase the participation of the villagers,encourage the participation of multiple entities,and build a grid-based management force.Second,clear information collection content,build standardization The information management platforn optimizes the platform management mechanism and strengthens the construction of the information management platform.Third,improve the responsibility system,coordinate grid planning,strengthen financial security,enhance the level of legalization,strengthen overall planning and support eapabilities.The fourth is to.establish a scientific and rational talent use system and improve governance.And the evaluation and evaluation incentive system,to create a professional management and service team...
