On The Social Costs Of Political Order

Political order as a kind of public product, its production and maintenance are all required to spend a certain amount of social cost, and more over there be a certain amount of function-relations between the social cost and the political order. Based on the analysis of the political order and the social cost this two basic concepts, the article attempt to introduce the social cost variables into the political order theory. And then from the rational choice theory angle of view, with the the hypothesis of order man and the classification model of the three elements of the political order, the article also separately discussed the production costs and the external costsand the opportunity costs of the political order from the microcosmic level and the medium level and the macroscopic level. The article ending with the political order efficiency and its realization questions and the effective measures to control the social costs.
