A Research On The Realization Of Municipal Government Website Service Function

Information network technology in the modern government management has become increasingly prominent role, to promote the transformation of government function, build service type government impetus. Municipal government websites provide an important platform for electronic services in recent years, but also expose some typical problems. Based on the experience from the perspective of public service type government and combined with the Nanning Government Information Network of the actual operating conditions, this paper focuses on the realization of municipal government website service function, in order to enhance the government website electronic service level. Research findings have shown that our municipal government websites as a whole is still in transition and adjustment period and the development is not balanced; Factors of opaque information, low efficiency of on-line office and poor communication restrict the realization of government website service function. Finally, on the basis of learning the successful experience of foreign government websites, combined with the actual site of the municipal government in China, the author has made a number of suggestions:First, changing the service concept, the sites should locate on public service; Second, raising the level of site design and improving the website services to ease of use; Third, strengthening the construction of government information resource sharing to improve government websites information integration; Fourth, the government process reengineering, to promote the "one-stop" service; Fifth, accelerating evaluation, introduce the evaluation mechanism.
