On China Enterprise Environmental Responsibility

With the deterioration of environmental conditions, corporate inenvironmental protection responsibility is increasingly concerned by thesociety, corporate environmental responsibility has become the importantcontent of corporate social responsibility. The deterioratingenvironmental situation so that our corporate environmentalresponsibility existence all sorts of questions reveal out gradually, theenvironmental responsibility of enterprises become urgent problems.The article order to put forward the question, analyzing problems,solving problems as the main study train of thought, divided into foursparts, on the environmental responsibility of enterprises to carry on theresearch analysis. The first chapter introduces the origin of theenvironmental responsibility of enterprises. From the corporate socialresponsibility in the process of the development of clear environmentalresponsibilities of the enterprises development, system summary ofChinese scholars on the environmental responsibility of enterprises ofdifferent definitions, elaborates the condition of the environmentalresponsibility of enterprise, and discusses the environmentalresponsibility of enterprises to produce base.The second chapter from the legislation, the government, enterprisesand the public four aspects has analyzed our country enterpriseenvironmental responsibility. Pointed out that Chinese currentenvironmental responsibility of enterprises the main problems is the lackof the environmental responsibility of enterprises actively, inenvironmental accountability in a passive state.The third chapter proposes the transformation of our country enterprise environmental responsibility passive state enable enterprisesto take the initiative to undertake the environment responsibility of newthinking. Developed in the environmental responsibility of enterprisesactively the experience is our country enterprise environmentalresponsibility to provide a good reference.The fourth chapter proposed from four aspects to our countryenterprise to undertake the environment responsibility and measures. Thefirst is from the legislative concept, incentives, penalties up to perfectChinese legal system of corporate environmental responsibility. Thesecond is that the government should play the role of market mechanismin the construction of the environmental responsibility of enterpriseincentive mechanism. The enterprise should strengthen the green cultureconstruction, build perfect risk control system, and the environmentalmanagement concept to the development of the enterprise. Finally from thepublic awareness of environmental protection, the news media,non-governmental organization three aspects to perfect the mechanism ofpublic participation in the environmental responsibility of enterprise.The four parts of the thesis are closely linked, forming the organicwhole, the enterprise environmental responsibility has carried on thesystem analysis.
