Research On Corporate Environmental Responsibility In The Perspective Of Jurisprudence

Every coin has its two sides, and so does the development of economy. With therapid development of China’s economy, the negative effects of environmentalpollution events occurring so frequently, the hot debate of Beijing haze event reflectthe issues. This paper proposed a series of environmental pollution event as thebreakthrough point, analysis the main reason of environmental pollution—enterprise,which should take the responsibility of the environment, and then put forward thecorresponding countermeasures.This paper is divided into the following sections:The first part of this paper is find the problem. Anything has its profound reason,environmental pollution incident reflects the question is not only pollution itself, butalso the deep reason which leads to environmental pollution incidents occurfrequently. Our country is in a new period of accelerated development ofmodernization, and business is also in a global completion environment, under thebackground, so many enterprises will produce many negative effects in order to obtainthe continuous development. With the attention of the enterprise’s impact on theenvironment from society,the new requirements for the theoretical research andenvironmental responsibility of enterprises also put forward by the professors.The second part of this paper is an overview of corporate environmentalresponsibility. The research and analysis of many corporate ‘s environmentalresponsibility is the theoretical research on corporate social responsibility, whichprovides a theoretical basis for the necessary of the former, so first of corporate socialresponsibility has laid the theoretical basis for corporate environmental responsibilitybasic understanding. This part mainly concludes the connotation basis and theevolution of corporate social responsibility.The third part is the legal basis of corporate environmental responsibility. On theenvironmental responsibility of enterprises is inseparable from the support of theory.This part mainly concludes the analysis from the legal theory, ethics and law and laweconomics as a theoretical foundation of the environmental responsibility ofenterprises.The fourth part is a comparative analysis of the implementation of environmentalresponsibility of enterprises. Research on its theory should not be limited to their ownvision, but also take longer. In order to provide advice to the theoretical research onenvironmental responsibility of enterprises in china, the analysis of foreign relevant legal provisions helps a lot.The fifth part is the legal system of fulfilling environmental responsibility of theenterprises of our country to perfect and construct. To implement the corporateenvironmental responsibility, our government must design a better system, the systemshould focus on the future, development and based on the enterprise, and hasmaneuverability. Only the combination of corporate environmental responsibility inChina’s practice in corporate environmental responsibility, legal construction, andextends to the related system for the transformation of supplement can truly realizethe environmental responsibility of enterprises from the theoretical level to practicallevel, for the implementation of corporate environmental responsibility in China to anbroader prospects.
