The great britain is the birthplace of party and after hundreds ofyears’ development and change, its Party politics and Party systemare reaching its maturity. Conservative Party is Britain’s oldestpolitical party. It has been always an leading force of the great UKpolitics. The20th century can be called "the century of theconservative party", the Conservative Party won the competition forfour times in succession from1979to1997, and it is a politiclegend.However,when the new century is approaching, theConservative Party can not continue its former glory. Sence1997, itfailed for three times in succession and had been absent of thepolitical arena up to13yesrs.To recall the past with pangs in the heart. When David Cameronbecame the leader of the Conservative Party, he pushed forwardreform firmly. He changed the Conservative Party by the reformmeasures and increased the party’s vigor and vitality trying to reshapethe Conservative Party into a new, commitment to change, energeticand people-friendly modern political party. The Party’s continuousreforms in ideological, image of the party, democracy in the paryt,policies and social management promote the Party becomes strongerand stronger, and won in the competition of the new century.However, the appearance of hung parliaments and coalitiongovernment is the new challenge of the party leaded by Cameron.The way to change is still long.With the help of a combination of literature analysis, historicalanalysis, poitive analysis and contrastive analysis, this essay analizes the reform of the Conservative Party that leaded by Cameron,and thebenificial enlightenment to Chinese Communist Party.In the introduction, the essay describes the histoy of theConservative Party and David Cameron, the reason why I choose thisquestion as my topic and its theoretical and practical significance, andalso analyzes the present situation of this question.Chapter1analyzes the reasons of the reform in international anddomestic background, the situation of the party, the personal reasonof Cameron himself.Chapter2describes the innovation of the reform through theanalysis of the construction of the party and the change of the policiesof the party.Chapter3describes the results achieved by the ConservativeParty’s reform and the challenges faced. Election victory explains thatDavid Cameron’s Change in the Conservative Party is only one smallsuccess. However, the appearance of hung parliaments and coalitiongovernment also indicates that the Conservative Party will face manydifficulties which will restrict its development.Chapter4describes the benificial inlightenments of the reformto the CCP.
