Network Democracy's Influence On China's Current Social Management Research

China is facing into the informationization and economic globalization in the process of transition from an agricultural society to an industrialized society. Initiating the socialist market economy in the complex time-space field, China faces a series of difficulties and challenges, of course, is also faced by a rare strategic opportunity. Taking full advantage of the favorable conditions brought about by information technology, strengthening the society management reform and innovation, and coping with various problems and contradictions effectively relate to the overall situation of socialist construction. Current social problems are closely related to the drawbacks of power operation mode. Network as an effective tool to improve the power microscopic run is of great strategic value to the improvement of the current power operation mode, mainly in reshaping the structure of power elements and regulating the power micro run. Therefore, taking full advantage of the network democracy which is a power operation mode of information technology to develop socialist democracy, it is of important strategy to strengthen social management reform and innovation, and effectively solve various outstanding social problems.In this paper the main body is divided into four parts:Chapter Ⅰ, the concept of network democracy is defined. On the basis of clarifying the connotation of democracy, briefly analysis the essence, characteristics and social management significance of network democracy, which pave the way for the post to specifically address the impact of social management made by network democracy.Chapter Ⅱ, the network democracy remodels the structure of power elements. The deep-seated root of many current social problems is the structural imbalance of the power elements. The direct performance of the network democracy is effective in promoting the power interaction. The virtual performance of the network democracy can promote substantive equality of power subject. The aggregate performance of network democracy can promote mutual checks and balances of a variety of support forces which make the power operate normally. Thus, network democracy is of great significance to reshape the power structure and to solve the various current social problems.Chapter III, network democracy makes the process of power operation specification. Network democracy is of great strategic value to develop socialist democracy and to solve the various current social problems, but there are a number of outstanding negative effects. The most urgent task to develop network democracy is strengthening the rule of law integration to overcome these negative effects.
