As the basis organization. of the Communist Party of China, university students’party branch should be build further. At the same time, the party members of university students’party branch also should be educated deeper. We need to realize the functions of university students’ party branch. We need to develop the party spirit training of student party members. We need to innovate the constructions methods of university students’party branch. In this way, we can foster the excellent builders for building socialism with Chinese characteristics; as well we can train the outstanding successors for the Communist Party of China.Recently, there are some achievements for university students’party branch. According to the ask of The central committee of the communist party, the party committee of universities pay lots of attention on the construction of ideological system making, organisation development and regulation system making. University students’party branches have promoted the development of choosing and training the activists of party application and the formal party members. At the same time, we also have completed the management and education for the university students’party branch. Through the constructions, we can improve the functions of university students’party branch and students’party members. According to the development of society, economy, and universities, in fact there are also some problems and challenges, which needed to be solved. The reasons for these problems include the huge changes of university students worldview, view of live, and values. The problems and challenges involve the setting up problems of university students’ party branch, building the cadre team construction, realizing the functions of university students" party branch, enhancing the party spirit training, realizing the regulation system of university students’party branch, building the regulation system for continued management and education of college student party member,etc.In our report, we studied the problems, reasons, and solving methods for university students’party branch construction.
