Equality is an important constitutional principle, but also everyone should enjoy basic rights. Employment equality is the principle of equality before the law embodied in the employment sector. Workers in the course of employment should enjoy equal right to employment, not because of job requirements and the special ability to work for reasons other than being treated unfairly.Students is an important human resources, is an important force in China’s future development. Employment is the Basic Thing. At present, the employment of college students has become the focus of attention, but also for the difficulty to resolve livelihood issues. Although the Government has introduced a series of policies to promote employment students, but college students in the course of employment rights have been violated have occurred from time, equal employment rights can not be effectively protected. The most common phenomena of employment opportunities inequality, all kinds of discrimination phenomenon, such as gender discrimination, household discrimination, health discrimination, appearance discrimination, age discrimination and academic discrimination, etc. We are gratified that some students have been through the legal means to safeguard their legitimate rights and interests, raises the height of discrimination, health, discrimination, age discrimination and other issues of concern and reflection. Of realization of the right of equality in employment for many reasons: from the legislative point of view, the right of equal employment due to a lack of effective legal provisions guarantee the operability is poor, relief means is not smooth, and the existence of legal liability are not clearly against the equal employment opportunities rights provisions and so on. Policies and regulations from the point of view, China’s employment system is unreasonable, rural and urban labor market segmentation is more serious mode of University College Students and other reasons are behind these students the right to equal employment protection be affected. This article, from the four respects to ensure students equal right to employment are studied:The first is explained the theory of equal employment rights, employment, equality, equal employment rights and other key concepts are defined; The second aspect is the basic situation of university students’ employment and employment process on this inequality, The third aspect is the reality of equal employment rights to analyze, students encounter the course of employment discrimination and the kinds of analysis of causes; The fourth area is the right to equality of employment of foreign legal systems related to research, compare, find out where you can learn; The fifth aspect is to ensure students the right to equal employment recommended in the legislation, should improve the laws and regulations, improve the protection of the legal system for equal employment right students, so students have equal employment rights legislation to protect; The administrative side, the Government should fulfill its responsibilities according to law, the Government has the responsibility to build a fair employment environment and provide a platform for protection of the right to equal employment, and higher education management mode to adjust the protection of the right of students to study equal employment; Management in universities, colleges and universities should be based on the market, requires a combination of our practical, reasonable position to meet the demand for talent in socio-economic situation, updating educational models and content, focusing on knowledge, ability and quality to improve and enhance the employability of students, foster social needed talent.
