The Research On Prevention And Control Countermeasures Of Mass Incidents For Government Of Guangdong Province

With the further development of reform and opening up, Guangdong province lies in an important historical period. The high-speed economic development and the transformation of social structure result in the gap between rich and poor is expanding; all kinds of social contradictions are increasing prominently. Various mass incidents are increasing which caused by it have become prominent pr oblems of affecting social stability and public safety, and has come to the attention of all society.Mass incidents belongs to the people internal contradictions, from universals, the general mass incidents is the results of people express their interest demands. But there are also a small amount of mass incidents utilized by criminals to harm socialist construction and affect social stability. As to governments, any nature mass incidents were carelessly processed may harm the public security and social stability. Therefore, it has great theoretical and practical significance for researchers to make studies on Guangdong province mass incidents especially on social stability and promoting social development.This paper is divided into four parts, the first part is the introduction, briefly introduced background of country and Guangdong; current research situation of mass incidents in China and overseas; research methods, research ideas and framework of this paper. The second part briefly reviewed related concepts and theoretical basis of mass incidents that the paper used. The third part is the present situation Guangdong mass incidents; the reasons and characteristics analysis. The fourth part is the construction of the Guangdong mass incidents prevention and control. From two aspects, as prevention and control of the event and disposition after event, to put forwards specific countermeasures. Then summarized this article, and analyzed deficiency exist and regret of this paper.
