The villagers’autonomy which has promoted the Chinese democratical and political construction process in improving itself undegoinged more than20years, The Chinese17th communist party conference put forward to strengthen the construction of democracy and politicy requirements, it also provided an unprecedented opportunity to explore the current rural grassroots democratical and political construction. The effective implementation of the villagers’autonomy to make it a suitable for China’s national conditions of democratical and political at the grassroots level of basic system and the village organization formed by the election of villagers directly under the villagers’ autonomy system, which not only conforms to the our country nowaday’s rural political, economic and cultural common requirements, but also promoted China’s rural political, economic and social developed quickly, especially laid a solid foundation in strengthening socialist democratic and politics with Chinese characteristics construction, gained the important practical experience, and made great achievements. After investigation rural specific situations, the author found that the current rural villagers’autonomy still has some shortcomings, problems and restriction factors in the operation, it is necessary to strengthen the relevant construction of system research and discussion, and gradually improve it.In this article, the author tries to study the rural democratical and political construction situation with the villager autonomy system operation as the research Angle, and combined with the research analysis of rural democratical and political theory,thus raised some feasible countermeasures to our country rural democratical and political system practice, plans and made it more effective. The author believes that our country rural grassroots democratical and political construction will gradually enters fine road after practical examine and theoretical development, it will breakthrough development bottleneck through policy reform, and gradually realize the harmonious development of rural grassroots.
