The Research On Villager Autonomy's Current Problem And Resolvement In Underdevelopment Areas

Villager autonomy is a part of China's grassroots democracy,an autonomous mode is realized in power of farmers,to some extent,the orderly implementation of villager autonomy to promote the rapid development of grass-roots democracy,maintain social stability.In the "13th Five-Year" plan,how to solve the "three rural" problem is still is the focus of the work of the whole party,therefore,how to promote rural development especially in developed areas in economy,solve the "three rural issues",lay a good foundation for the development of social stability.Grassroots democracy from the political level for the rapid development of social and economic security,promote the construction of villager autonomy persevere,in order to enhance the enthusiasm of farmers' democratic consciousness and political participation,so as to improve the living conditions of farmers in the developed regions in economy,promote the rapid development of the rural economy,it plays a positive role in underdeveloped rural areas governance and development.This paper mainly through the investigation of villager autonomy status of Yucheng District of Ya'an city is representative of the underdeveloped areas of the Republic of the village,take the form of field visits and questionnaire to find out problems where,through the statistics and scientific analysis,from the democratic election,democratic management,democratic decision-making,democratic supervision and four main factors influence the development of reason analysis for example,through some typical cases,from the extraction of specific events to the policy and institutional level,give some improvement less developed areas of villager autonomy work suggestions and countermeasures,hope in the economically underdeveloped areas of the villagers' autonomy mode,for reference.
