AB Institute is directly under the provincial government office land and resources, is the province's commitment to geological exploration public research institutions, the unit is currently facing the double pressure of market competition and enterprise, especially the problems of human resources management of the enterprise performance appraisal. Therefore,it is urgent to develop a scientific and reasonable human resource assessment system to improve the management of enterprises.In this paper, the analysis of existing performance research based on the theory, selects AB Institute of professional and technical personnel as the research object, using the basic methods of the key indicators of performance appraisal method, combined with AHP and expert investigation design and technical personnel performance appraisal index and weight, and to study the technical personnel performance appraisal system of the AB research institute. First of all, based on the relevant theories of this paper, through the introduction of the research background, research significance, research contents and methods; at the same time, the related theory of the collection, collation and analysis of the performance appraisal of the basic concept and evaluation index system and method were introduced; then, based on the the object of study,the AB Research Institute were introduced and the AB Institute of professional and technical personnel evaluation system for the status quo of detailed analysis; then, this paper carried out the design, performance evaluation index based on job analysis of AB Research Institute of professional and technical personnel and the related theory on specifically, using key performance evaluation index evaluation method to determine the index, using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to determine the morals, diligence and achievement of four kinds of comprehensive evaluation index of the right Weight coefficient, and is divided into four grades;next, the appraisal scheme and process design and provide the supporting scheme; finally, a brief overview of the overall, and puts forward the research deficiency.Based on the research on the performance evaluation system of professional and technical personnel of AB Research Institute, hope through the relevant theory of performance appraisal are analyzed, the performance evaluation system of professional and technical personnel of AB Research Institute of heavy enough, in order to provide theoretical and practical reference for the same industry technical personnel performance appraisal. And through this study can AB Institute of professional and technical personnel to play a certain role in the incentive, so that the AB Institute of technology can make greater progress, to achieve better development.
