The Analysis Of Ideological And Political Education Of Civil Servants In Our Country

Youth is a period of rapid changes in people’s physical and psychological. It isthe critical period of forming their world outlook, the outlook on life and values witha great deal of variability. As the successor for the cause of socialism, Young civilservants represent the future of the motherland and the hope of the nation andshoulder the task of socialist modernization construction. Their ideological andpolitical qualities directly affect the party’s ruling level and ruling ability. It alsoaffects the image of the party and the government. The ideological and politicaleducation is the real advantage of the communist party of China and a central part ofthe construction of socialist spiritual civilization. The reality of the primary stage ofsocialism, the height of the building a harmonious socialist society, and a series ofdomestic and foreign situation urgently requires us to strengthen youth ideologicaland political education work of public servants.This article indicates the necessity and the urgency of strengthening the youthideological and political education of civil servants in our country. Firstly, the authoranalyzed the problems of the ideological and political educations and qualities of thecurrent young civil servants. Afterwards, the author analyzed the reasons of formingthe problems. Finally, the author proposed some more feasible ways for improvingthe level of ideological and political education In the whole civil servants team.
