The Problems And Countermeasures Of Ideological And Political Education For Young Civil Servants

At present,young civil servants have become the mainstay of China's civil servants in their country,as the executor of the will of the people and the "public interest" in the maintenance,plays an important role in the cause of socialist modernization.The status of Ideological and political quality of young civil servants represents the image of the party and the state,which is related to the stability of domestic politics and the realization of national interests.With the continuous development of China's economy and the deepening of reform and opening-up,various cultural and ideological trend of mutual exchanges,interaction,mutual integration,with some specious,political trends continue to influence and filled with thoughts of young civil servants.At the same time,due to the special period of young civil servants in life and occupation development,they are facing more and suffer from occupation development and family,economic pressure,resulting in the ideological and political quality of young civil servants appeared some problems.Therefore,a comprehensive and systematic study of the ideological and political education of young civil servants to enhance the ideological and political quality of young civil servants.This article focus on the core research on the problems and Countermeasures of the ideological and political education of young civil servants.The analysis of the concept and characteristics of young civil servants and Youth Ideological and political education of civil servants based on characteristics,put forward to strengthen our youth ideological and political education of civil servants of the basis and significance;then summarizes China's current ideological and political quality of young civil servants and the problem of Ideological and Political Education,based on the existing problems of deep reason.From the end of four aspects put forward a series of measures and strategies to enhance the effectiveness of Ideological and political education of young civil servants.
