Analysis Of The New Period Youth Ideological And Political Education Of Civil Servants

The young civil servants is an important part of the civil service groups,in their life and occupation career development stage and key growth period,their ideological and political situation affects the ideological and political status of the whole group of civil servants,and affects the working efficiency and the level of the whole country,the administrative department for the strengthening of Ideological and political education of youth civil servants,is an important part of national operation,to improve the ideological quality of young civil servants,it is very important to strengthen the construction of civil servants,to improve our level of political civilization,socialist political development has great role.At present our country’s youth ideological and political education of civil servants is generally good,the party and state organs and units attached great importance to the young civil servants also conscious of Marx’s theory of socialist theory,combined with the sense of responsibility to the work,put into practice the responsibility in serving the people from the theory to implement the specific work the thought,on the public service consciousness into specific service ability,the effect is very significant.But with the development of society and progress,inevitably there will be many new situations and new problems,many factors such as the impact of multiculturalism,belief crisis,market economy brings the moral landslide,self cognition deviation caused by the anxiety,the dregs of traditional culture and vulgar officialdom culture influence also brings some problems for young civil servants the work of Ideological and political education.At the same time as the education system is not perfect,the content of education,education of old single,content exists the lack of pertinence of Ideological and political education of young civil servants,lack of innovative methods,lack of regularity and mechanism of the ideological and political education is not perfect in the process.In this paper,by using the method of data analysis,questionnaire survey,case interview,the data of Youth Ideological and political education of civil servants,firstly analyzes the necessity and significance of Youth Ideological and political education of civil servants,the goal and content of Youth Ideological and political education of civil servants,and points out the existing problems and causes of the problems.The last part focuses on the ways to strengthen the ideological and political education of young civil servants.
