China Ideological And Political Education Of Civil Servants On The Problems And Countermeasures

Civil servants as a staff of the government, is the main part of the nationalmanagement of various social undertakings, the cadres is an important part of themain forces of the exercise of the functions of the government. To strengthen theconstruction of the quality of civil servants in our country, to promote thedevelopment of socialist undertakings, is of great significance. The ideological andpolitical quality is the soul of civil servants. Civil servants of the ideal faith, politicalconsciousness, depends on the ideological and political quality. And the formation ofideological and political quality of civil servants, is through the ideological andpolitical education. This paper combines the domestic and foreign related literatureabout the ideological and political education of civil servants, on the basis ofsummarizing the related research achievements of predecessors, combined with theunderstanding of the present situation of ideological and political education of civilservants, analyzes the current problems of civil servants in the ideological andpolitical education, and puts forward some solutions to the path and method.Paper first chapter mainly illustrates the characteristics of the definition of civilservants, civil servants, the definition of ideological and political education of civilservants and the characteristics of ideological and political education of civil servants.The theoretical basis of this chapter, including the domestic and foreign well-knownscholar’s theory and some classic works mentioned in the content. Himself toinduction and integration, and on this basis to join the parts of their point of view.The second chapter introduces the necessity, urgency and importance ofideological and political education of civil servants. For the necessity of theideological and political education of civil servants, I gave the analysis from twoaspects of domestic and abroad. For the urgency of the ideological and politicaleducation of civil servants, himself, from the political requirements, systemconstruction and civil servants explain their own development three aspects. Theimportance of ideological and political education of civil servants, and I was analyzed from four aspects. This chapter further deepened the study of ideological and politicaleducation of civil servants.The third chapter puts forward the current problems existing in the ideologicaland political education of civil servants in China. The emergence of these problemsseriously affected the civil servant status and prestige in the minds of the people. Thediversity of the problem, but also makes the ideological and political education ofcivil servants in China faces a severe test. Part of the civil political consciousness isnot high, service awareness is not strong, poor service quality were phenomenon, arethe ideological and political education to correct in time.In the fourth chapter of Chinese civil servants in the ideological and politicaleducation problems are deeply analyzed. Put all the problems, find out the essence ofthe problem, to explore what problem we have appeared in. This chapter mainlydiscusses the problems existing in the ideological and political education of civilservants of the political, economic and cultural three aspects. Based on these threeaspects are summarized, to analyze the current problems existing in the ideologicaland political education of civil servants in China.The fifth chapter is the focus of this article, also is the core of the full text. Thischapter mainly puts forward the countermeasures of the problems of ideological andpolitical education of civil servants. Listed for the fourth chapter related problems inthe ideological and political education of civil servants, the fifth chapter is to give acertain answer. This chapter contains the content of "education","education method","education mechanism","education system","education environment" and so onseveral aspects of content. And through the interpretation on the depth of the content,to make the ideological and political education of civil servants more timely andeffectiveness, so as to achieve the purpose to solve the problem.
