Three decades of reform and opening up is three decades of socialchanges, and it is also a accumulation of contradiction in the three decades. When thecontradiction is accumulated to a certain extent, it will be difficult to control theenormous energy burst under the pressure of a contingency. And Mass movement isone of such burst. According to related statistics, on the whole, the outbreak of massincidents in China showed a rapid upward trend, and Its geographical distribution hasno limitations. Developed areas and the relatively backward regions have occurredbefore. Mass incident is a complex social phenomenon. It involves political,economic, cultural, social and many other factors. The study of mass incidents relatedto the theory of sociology, social psychology, criminology, law, political science,administrative science and other disciplines. Predecessors have made a lot ofuseful research in the causes, characteristics, classification, and coping strategies ofmass incident. No matter it is the study of its causes or coping strategies, they alwaysfocus in whole, in order to find a way to analyze and respondto all group events dominate the theoretical framework. Andtype of perspective to analysis of mass incidents has been relatively scarce. In thispaper, in addition to put forward my own classification framework for mass incidents,I also have been classified in the interpretation of the explanatory framework of thedifferent types of mass incidents. After I select a different type of group event specificanalysis, in the vision of state-society relations, I raised the problem of thenature of the people on the recognition of the legitimacy of the countries, andformed a preliminary explanatory framework for further discussion.
