The Social Management Of Shensi-Kansu-Ningsia Border Region

In recent years, social problems occurred frequently, which influenced social stability and social harmony. How to improve the social management level has become the difficult issues of Party and government. Therefore, the author choose the Shensi-Kansu-Ningsia Border Region social management practice as the research object, carried out literature research, analysis its success in solving the social problems, with the hope to provide advice for exploring a more suitable and very fruitful social management pattern,based on the current social management innovation predicament and the complex of the premise. The Shensi-Kansu-Ningsia Border Region, natural condition is poor, the history of the dark rule by warlords, the minds of the people behind the superstition, bring a lot of problems disturb social development. But under the leadership of Chinese Communist Party, the Shensi-Kansu-Ningsia Border Region launched a series of social management, to solve the issues of immigration and refugees, banditry problem, the problem of drugs and medical problems, finished the disordered management of period of the Republic, established the new democracy society. The social management to form a plurality of governance structure, including the Chinese Communist Party organization as the main body of the Elite Governance, to political organization as the main body of the democratic governance, and public organizations as the subject participation management. In the governance process embodies the concept of good governance, the government and the masses to reflect the social life of cooperative management.This paper mainly consists of three parts:Part one, governance structure.
