Social media is the new the network media basic on Web2.0, including instant messaging, blog social networks, it has become an important way of communication and expression of people’s lives. Currently, social media has become the most active dissemination of information carrier, but the spread of disorder and anonymity features challenges Government Public Relations Management. Government negative information aggregation in the network, affecting the Government’s public image. Therefore, how to optimize the government public relations, how to use social media for their services is the discussed in this paper center.Thesis consists of five parts beside introduction. The first part introduce the background at home and abroad of the Government Public Relations Research. The second section describes the meaning of the concepts and social media in government public relations, government public relations concepts and categories, analysis the social media content and features, introducing the typical mode and impact of social media. The third section describes the elements of government public relations as well as social media. Government public relations elements including the Government’s main object, the target and the media; the function of social media as one of the government public relations media, Using the SWOT analysis the social media pros and cons, analyze the construct service-oriented government, and then explains social media agree with the construction of service government’s public relation. The fourth part, analysis the cases about the public relations-social media, summed up the pros and cons of Government. The analysis shows that the administrative body on social media awareness of the existence of errors, the limited nature of the Internet environment, the user is not strong network of public opinion is lack of proper guidance. Although social media itself is flawed, but the construction of government services, public relations communication plays an irreplaceable role of traditional media. Part V of the paper analysis the normal and crisis two environmental, make recommendations to the Government Public Relations social media. The recommendations include:the transformation of government service concepts, learning to use social media, new technology, improve the environment of the national network, the guide online public opinion direction. Thesis attempts to put forward the way of the Government Public Relations Social media optimization, and analyzed using social media strategies and principles, and hope can provide some reference to the Government Public Relations improvements.The innovation in this paper:i) The selection of perspective. The perspective of this emerging field of e-government, social media, we proposed to build the Government Public Relations and the network of social media, combined with; ii) Theoretical innovation. The theory support to the concept of public service under the guidance of the Government Public Relations building, the service of government responsibility, the people of this and the introduction of the government public relations, public administration for the construction of government to provide advice and comments...
