| Illegal fund-raising is a kind of financial illegal and criminal activity.With the development of China’s economy,the number and amount of the cases are increasing year by year,which poses a serious threat to the security of the people’s property.In the case of asymmetric information,the investors are very easy to release their discontent to the government or related departments.Some extreme situations trigger mass incidents and affect the harmony and stability of the whole society.At the same time,with the rise of citizens’ consciousness of rights and the popularization of the concept of "private rights",the people have put forward higher demands on social equity and administrative means.The government needs to pay more attention to the application of public relations in the process of preventing and disposing of illegal capital collection,improving public satisfaction and resolving potential risks.On the basis of the related concepts and theories of public relations,this paper combs the development and evolution of the public relations in the illegal fund-raising events in China,and on the basis of the public communication concept,based on the data of illegal fund-raising cases in Nanchang,sums up the characteristics of illegal fund-raising events in China,and probes into the precondition of illegal fund-raising.The specific application of government public relations in the prevention and disposal work.Through establishing a public relations network in illegal fund-raising events,we can effectively reduce the probability of public participation in illegal fund-raising and prevent unexpected mass incidents in the course of disposal.The main body of this article is divided into 4 parts.The first part is to discuss the related concepts and theoretical foundations of illegal fund-raising and government public relations,combing the development and evolution of the government public relations in the illegal fund-raising events in our country.The second part,combining the development characteristics of illegal fund-raising cases in China,analyzes the communication environment of the public relations in the illegal fund-raising cases in China and the present situation of the public relations in China.In the third part,the third part is a detailed analysis of the communication organization,the target public,the media and other public relations elements in the illegal fund-raising cases in China.The fourth part,combining the analysis of the public relations elements,puts forward the suggestions for the improvement of the public relations in the illegal fund-raising events in China. |
