With China’s non-profit organizations rapid development, it involved more and moreextensively in the areas. It becomes more and more obvious in the political, cultural andsocial role in the field of management. Non-profit organizations to participate in thepension of urban communities is a major innovation of the pension undertakings, has aunique advantage and role of government from all aspects of support for non-profitorganizations to participate in the urban community care service.
