The Research On The Decision-Making Mechanism Under Local Service-Oriented Government Construction

It takes the important significance for the administrative decision-making duringthe government administration and passes through the whole administration process. Itis that the administrative decision-making is right or wrong, which will directly affectthe consequences&effects of administrative execution. And it is also the key basis torealize the administrative functions. Under the guidance of development direction toconstruct the local service-oriented government in China, it becomes the key componentof the core competitive ability for the service-oriented government to build the scientific,democracy, legal administrative decision-making system.Basing on the idea of inquiry-analysis-resolve, the Article follows the fundamentalprinciple of scientific, democracy and legal decision-making and considers the valuesidea service-oriented government requires. It analyzes the important aspects (status,problems and causes) for the government decision-making system and also absorbs thesuccessful decision-making case to solve the heavy road-traffic in Beijing.
