Administrative law enforcement in China is an important content of the construction of administrative legal system, to promote our country socialism construction has very important practical significance. With the development of The Times and the social system in our country are produced very big change. In order to adapt to the development of The Times, the administrative law enforcement must be appropriate change, the only way to adapt to the development of The Times. At present, China’s administrative law enforcement has conducted a series of change, but with the rule of law and the specific requirements of the administration according to law, compared to the administrative law enforcement still exist many problems. These problems exist in all aspects in, and some have led to a lot of social contradictions. In order to administrative legal system development, must emphasize to improve the administrative law enforcement ability from the start. Therefore, the timely discovery the administrative law enforcement problems, and solutions to the development of administrative legal system and the development of our country’s legal system has very important significance.This paper focus on the theme of administrative enforcement, and the important meaning of the administrative law enforcement for basic starting point. We try to theoretical and empirical combination of technique, in our country’s administrative law enforcement of existing in the relevant problems of the empirical analysis, and put forward a perfect our country’s administrative law enforcement of several countermeasures, according to legal administration, reasonable administrative, program as, efficient convenience, honest and trustworthy, accountability uniform requirements, let the administrative law enforcement can follow the orbit of administrative law and make it better protect citizens’ rights, and to safeguard the public interests.This can be divided into five parts.
