The Research On The Constraints And Cultivating Approach Of Women In Leadership In Ji Lin Province

Since the new China was founded, China’s women have got the liberation, not only toparticipate in the work, accept education, but also into the social things, even high technology.Since the reform and opening up, system of socialist market economy has been established,China’s economy had earth-shaking changes. Especially in the early twenty-first century, thedegree of internationalization in China was graduated, the international economic and socialsystem gradually was perfect for women with production and living conditions increasinglyrich, and had a bigger stage to show female charm. Our province’s economic, political andcultural also have a rapid development. On the one hand, the living standards of the residentsof our province have been greatly improved, heavy domestic burden of family life is reduced,so a lot of women don’t need to spent all the time and energy in all the family; On the otherhand, with social progress the social status of women in our province continue to rise, womenfor political demands has become more apparent. Status of women in politics and culture pathhas a wide range of meaning: to practice the basic national policy of "equality between menand women" with practical action; to help to improve the social status of women in the JilinProvince, as well as the whole country; to promote the development of political terms ofwomen cadres in the province; to promote the study of leadership in science and humanresource management theory.This paper is divided into four parts to research the politics situation and training ways ofwomen in Jilin Province:Introduction describes some of the major theories of women in politics. Introductiondefines the main body of the paper, draws on the researches of women in politics-related,combines with their own ideas and lay a theoretical foundation for this article.The first part mainly introduces the situation of Jilin Province and current situation ofwomen in politics. According to investigation, I master the related information of the presentsituation of the women in politics in Jilin Province, combined with the official, the existingpolicy document, this article describes the basic situation of women in politics to lay thefoundation for the follow-up of empirical studies.The second part summarizes the constraints on the women cadres’ political road in JilinProvince, mainly summarizes four aspects of the traditional ideas, the women themselvesfactors, family and organization, and analyzes the reasons to seek solutions.The third part aims the problems and obstacles encountered in the process of the womenand puts forward women cadres training system research. Improving women education andwomen’s own quality is the key to the development of women cadres. Aiming thecharacteristics of women cadres, set up a special training mode to set up security for womencadres. Establish the development system of women cadres with the provincial characteristics,from the social cognitive standard, legal protection, selection and appointment mechanism,social propaganda and the politics environment of women cadres so as to speed up the processof management mechanism of the women cadres.
