In cultural aspect, Mencius advertises good teaching, people should be trained and cultivated and governor should study ttatecraft from former kings.The fourth part explores superiority and ideal nature of Mencius’good government thought.The fifth part explores revelation of Mencius’good government to build modem "good governance" society.
