Tracing The Theoretical Sources Of Good Governance

“Good Governance ”is one of the hot research topics in Administration、Political Science and Sociology in twenty-first century. It is the ideal mode of human manages the public affairs to deal with the failure of market and government, which is based on the theory of Governance. It is the cooperation management to the public life of government and citizen society; it is the process of social management to maximize the public benefit. The government and civil society is in the best state of mutual cooperation and restriction under the mode of “Good Governance”. “Good Governance” itself contains many universal value and principle of human,which has been adopted and followed by more and more Non-western countries, and it has been the ideal standard in the theory and practice of management. China began to introduce and study the “good governance” in the 1990 s, meanwhile proceeding the feasibility analysis and system design, it has great significance to the reform and innovation of our government as well as the improvement of the social management.The text is divided into four parts. The fourth part mainly combs and analyzes the Participatory democracy and Deliberative Democracy theory; they restored the core status of participation in Democratic theory, emphasis on public life and public interest, promoting the formation of good governance.By reviewing the source of the theory of good governance,Thus clear the social soil and profound thinking behind the good governance, in order to strengthen the understanding of good governance and achieve slightly reflection and draw lessons on the way to achieve good governance.
