Research On Volunteer Organization Management Based On Governance Theory

The volunteer organization in our country has not long history，But it is in theprogressive development like bamboo shoots after a spring rain.These volunteerspenetrated into people in all aspects of social life and various field.But as China ’ssocialism in the early stage of development，Volunteers also in early development，encountering many problems in practice. During these problems the most importantones are service obstacle of management issues. We urgent need to study this kind ofproblems, to solve these problems, study volunteer organization based on theory.Atthe same time, we also need pay attention to the organizations in the practicalimplementation, In addition to promote China’s volunteer services and healthydevelopment. The original intention of this article, is based on the theory ofgovernance, combinative Jinan city current management research, in order to improvethe existing problems。This paper is divided into six parts, main content and viewpoints include: thefirst part is the introduction, introduces the research background, research purpose,research significance, reviews and research methods. The second part is the part ofbasic theory. The theory of governance literatures were reviewed, its essential featureis that it is the government and the public people′s cooperative management. The thirdpart is the part of case analysis. This article take the Jinan volunteer organization inthe management of status as an example, carries on the analysis, with theinvestigation, this article found the common problems on management in Jinan cityvolunteer organizations and the problems also existence all over the world. Thefourth part is analysis the management problems of our volunteer organization. Thefifth part is the volunteer management system design and the conception onmanagement mode. Based on the above points out China’s volunteer organizationsmanagement existing problems and Jinan on these issues, the results obtained,combining public governance theory, the volunteer management model institutionalarrangements are discussed, the sixth chapter is the conclusion. This paper discusses the comprehensive, a conclusion can be drawn: the theory of public governance is tosolve the current problems on the basis of the practical management of volunteers.
