Research On The System Of Evaluation Index For Harmonious Rural Community Construction

Harmonious society is the social ideal that people with lofty ideals pursuit persistently for thousands of years in ancient and modern times in China and foreign Countries. Confucius said the application of polite lies in harmony. Mencius said favorable climatic is inferior to geographical and geographical is inferior to human. They are the most perfect annotation for the harmonious thought of ancient China. At the same time, foreign thinkers with the spark of wisdom are full of harmonious light. Heraclites, the famous ancient Greek philosopher, suggested beauty is in harmony and difference and different notes will surely brewed the perfection of the harmony--the most beautiful harmony thousands of years ago. Socrates creatively integrated harmonious thought into his political science and sociology deeply. His students Plato put forward the famous idea of "dream land" in the inheritance of his harmonious thought. Harmonious social thought is an important part of the great Marxist thought and Marx is the first people who forward the theory of harmonious thought.Building a socialist harmonious society, the community is the foundation. In the development process of the modern state system, Countries use the will of the state administrative power into the rural society when Countries are in the integration of the dispersion and segmentation of rural society and this also is at present our country’s rural social economic and political problems encountered in the process of development. Since the reform and opening up, with the gradual establishment of China’s socialist market economic system, the pattern,"Small government, big society," is established. Rural communities will undertake an increasing number of social functions; therefore, a harmonious rural community building task is arduous and onerous."People-oriented" is an important content of the scientific development ideas and the Construction of harmonious community takes the people as starting point and ultimate goal. It is the perfect embodiment of human caring in the context of a harmonious socialist society. This system covers four primary index,20secondary indexes and112particular of evaluation content, and the author suggested some suggestions through the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and questionnaire data analysis for China’s rural harmonious community construction.The author, with the scientific development view and the harmonious society theory as the guide, according to our sixth plenary of sixteen session through of the CPC central committee for the construction of socialist harmonious society on major issues’ requirement, reference to the analytical framework of the "interests-system culture" and adhere to the system theory point of view, complete this study. The contents of this article include the following five parts:The first part is introduction. The author mainly discusses the research background of the problem and put forward the implications of the research, the research methods and the structure arrangement, etc.Combing through the definition of relevant concepts and related research, the author sort out the background of the article and show the theoretical significance and practical value of the construction of the harmonious rural communities.The second part is the Chapter II. The author use system theory and analytic hierarchy process to describe the theoretical basis for building a harmonious community and explain the goal orientation of a harmonious rural community development in detail, At last, the author introduce the relevant principles of the Analytic Hierarchy Process and the reasonable use in this article.The third part is the Chapter III, which is the important chapter of the thesis, through the analysis of rural building a harmonious community status quo on this basis, focusing on obstacles to the construction of a harmonious rural community and the causes of it, the author identify the AHP evaluation of indicators and weights, so, the final analysis model and the correlation analysis are completed.The fourth part is the Chapter IV, which is the core section of the paper, also the entire paper foothold, on the basis of the argument in the first three parts of, after the AHP analysis, calculation; the author put forward the specific countermeasures of building a rural harmonious community.The fifth Part is the Chapter V and this section is for the empirical analysis.
