Research On Livable Evaluation Of The Rural Community

In recent years,it's more research on livable city and the livability of community at home and abroad,but the research on livable rural community is almost blank,the construction of rural community is a major initiative of balancing urban and rural development,promoting the integration of urban and rural areas,the study on the livability evaluation of rural community has important theoretical and practical significance for guiding the construction of livable rural community.This paper first analyses the related concept and connotation of livable rural community,combining habitable related theory and practice research results at home and abroad,qualitatively and quantificationally protocols the concept of rural community and the livability evaluation standard of rural community.Secondly,analyzing and summarizing five related theories of livable rural community,this artical focuses on the construction strategy of livable rural community mainly from three aspects as cultural ideal,classical express and modern connotation.Based on the setted five principles,paper tries to build the index system about livable evaluation of the rural community from five aspects which are health,convenience,comfort,security and harmony,and puts forward the method combined with objective and subjective to evaluate the livability of rural community qualitatively and quantificationally.Then,through the questionnaire survey and analysis research of the five typical rural community in Feixi County,Hefei City,using the methods of AHP and SPSS statistical analysis and combining with the established index system,analyses the differences of livable evaluation from subjective and objective aspect among different rural communities,discusses the relationship between individual attributes and the evaluation of livable satisfaction.The research shows that it's general and relatively consistent that subjective and objective evaluation is made on the livability of rural community in Feixi County,the correlations that among noise,business facilities,numbers of recreational activities,greening rate of physical demand and the social need embodied by cultural organization of community are strong relevant with the evaluation on livable satisfaction;Degree and income of residents are positive correlation with the evaluation on livable satisfaction,there is a positive correlation between age and convenience,and age is negatively related to the comfort,family composition has negative correlation with health and comfort,but it's positively related to harmonious,gender has marginal effects on the evaluation of comfort,harmony and safety.Finally,according to the evaluation results of the case analysis,find out the existing problems in the construction of livable communities and put forward countermeasures,in order to provide reference for the construction of livable rural community in the future.
