At present, with China’s administrative system reform and the development of themarketing economy, social fields were also a huge change, a prominent change is thedevelopment of civil society organizations, and with its unique characteristics andadvantages to participate in social management field, carry on a lot of socialmanagement functions, become people living the indispensable importantorganizational form, so for civil society research has the vital significance.This paper first introduced the paper to choose a background and significance ofthe subject at home and abroad, and related research achievements on the comb. Thispaper introduces the research and the method, in reference to the former researchachievements of our country civil society to do further research. Second, through thecivil society theory, good governance theory, government failure theory and the theoryof market failure analysis, for our country’s civil society organizations to participate insocial management to provide theory support. For our citizens and social status, civilsociety organizations to participate in social management.
