In the21st century, the country needs more harmonious and stable socialenvironment for development, But because of the social environment, the level of theeconomic development, historical conditions and other factors, making our society islagging behind the emergence of social civilization and economic civilization, politicalcivilization, culture and civilization serious ecological civilization incongruous situation,social management innovation is to solve this situation began to emergence in the fieldof vision of the public. Numerous social management appears insufficient reasonunitary governing body is the most important factor. Therefore, this societyorganizations to participate in social management conducted a survey and research inorder to find the contemporary social management innovation, for which it appears todiscuss problems, subsequent attribution analysis, feasibility suggestions to participatein social organizations can truly innovate social management.By studying a large number of relevant documents, this paper defines the coreconcepts of social management, organization, social organization, analyzes the socialmanagement innovation in existing achievements, introduces the domestic practice ofsocial management innovation, describes the social organizations to participate in socialmanagement innovation rationale for the study, as social organizations to participate insocial management innovation provides a theoretical basis.This paper takes Wuxi county Chongqing City “Music and home” building thesocial organization as the object of study. First of all members of organization, such asMusic and mutual Aid Association conducted a survey to understand the basic situationof social organizations to participate in social management. Then pooled analysis of thequestionnaire, according to the questionnaire reflected the situation to extract theoutstanding problems. Finally, the relevant person in charge of major socialorganizations conducted in-depth interviews in order to understand, provide an effectivebasis for participation in social management innovation issues for society organizations.Finally, through research and analysis, based on the social organization toparticipate in some social management innovation, from the era of the planned economylegacy, the transformation of government functions is slow, lack of supervision andeffective supervision of attribution analysis, and on this basis puts forward severalfeasible countermeasures and suggestions. In social organization level, strengthen the capacity building of social organization to improve their ability to participate in socialmanagement innovation fundamentally; Operating mechanism in the social dimension,the need to constantly improve the social operating mechanisms for sustainabledevelopment, and expand public services and government procurement scope tooptimize the social organizations to participate in social management innovation models;Environmental dimension in policy, increasing support, strive to foster socialorganization; In the public level, continue to strengthen the public’s awareness ofparticipation.
