These problems were caused by many reasons, including subjective and objective ones. The concept of the various ideological andcultural undergoes impact and influence under the background of socialtransformation, the influence of the mode and mechanism of school-running ofindependent college, the particularity of the students in independentcollege,unstable work team of Students’ party construction, low professionquality, the organizational safeguard which is not in the position. Facingthese problems and the reasons contributing to these problems, the paper willput forward specific solving principles and countermeasures.The third part of the thesis proposes solutions and countermeasures to theseproblems.
