Through30years of internal reform and opening to the outside world, China’s political, economic, cultural, social and other aspects have made remarkable achievements. China has formed a relatively complete market economic system, to significantly enhance the vitality of the market, to liberate and develop productive forces, promote social progress, people’s living standards have markedly improved. At the same time, however, the income gap between our citizens continue to expand, especially in recent years, the income gap concern, and economic and social development of a series of negative effects.The income gap is too large the problem is caused by many factors, including the wage system is an important factor. Our country has been engaged in active exploration in the establishment and reform of the wage system. The founding of the present, China has conducted a total of four large-scale, comprehensive, deep-level wage system reform, namely:the1956reform of the wage system, wage system reform in1985, the1993reform of the wage system and wage system reform in2006. Due to social and economic development in different historical periods and social cognitive level of the different factors, these four characteristics of the reform, the focus is not the same as the achievements and the meaning of the same.These four reforms have made some achievements, promote the development of our wage system more perfect direction, but the wage system in China there are still many unscientific and irrational aspects.
