Research On The Guarantee Of Minimum Wage Standard In Yangjiang

Minimum wage standard is the country trying to protect the legitimate rights and interests of laborers in the form of law,its purpose is to,on the one hand,perfecting social distribution system,to ensure that work pay laborer of each social stratum distribution according to work is given priority to,combining a variety of factors of production distribution,especially the middle and lower class workers,to ensure its survival rights guaranteed;on the other hand,we need to improve the social security system.Against the backdrop of 40 years of industrial restructuring,upgrading and reform and opening up,we need to better protect the legitimate rights and interests of workers,enhance their sense of honor,and enable them and the people of the whole country to share in the fruits of reform and opening up.YangJiang since the establishment of the city in 1988,has undergone several minimum wage standards adjustment.From 380 RMB/month in 2001 to 1,410 RMB /month in 2018,since the establishment of the city in the past 30 years,although the upward trend has been quite obvious,with the passage of time,prices have risen,inflation and other living costs have increased.Can the current minimum wage standard be implemented to meet the basic living needs of local workers? What effect will the implementation of minimum wage standard bring to economic and social development? These problems,we need to YangJiang minimum wage standards for in-depth analysis and discussion.In view of that study on the minimum wage in YangJiang,this paper summarize the academic and empirical achievements in the standard of minimum wage for domestic and overseas research scholars,and based on the theory of the classical economic school's wage,the theory of wage of Adam Smith and David Ricardo,the theory of wage for the survival of Marx and the theory of wage and the theory of wage of Marx's wage as the important theoretical basis for the study of the guarantee of the minimum wage.In this paper,the YangJiang in the minimum wage protection research,combined with GuangDong province informed about adjust the minimum wage standard for enterprise employees,and combining with the YangJiang yearbook and relevant statistical data,such as by the minimum wage and minimum living security standard,the per capita GDP,the worker average wage,urban per capita consumption expenditure,the consumer price index(CPI),and a series of index were analyzed.At the same time,in order to effectively reflect the minimum wage standard guarantee,through the official data and field questionnaires,from the perspective of food,clothing,housing,transportation,education,medical care and so on to analyze its guarantee.Next,the international income proportion method was used for calculation,and the result showed that the minimum wage standard in YangJiang was low.Through the analysis of YangJiang city's position,transportation and logistics,government decision-making,laws and regulations constraints and enterprise operating pressure and other factors of low.In the last chapter of this paper,according to the reasons for the low indemnification of the minimum wage standard currently implemented in YangJiang city,some reasonable Suggestions are put forward to improve the indemnification of the minimum wage standard for reference.
