Research On The Role Of The Government For The Network Communications Of Public Crisis Information

Strengthening the public crisis management is one important social managementfunction of the government daily work to protect people’s lives and property and promotesocial stability. Crisis is becoming a normal in our society，the advent of the Internet agebring a greater risk in the network communications of public crisis information in the publiccrisis management.The article is based on the present situation of public crisis informationnetworks of our country,clarifying the positive role of the government during the networkcommunications of public crisis information,defining the existing problems in the networkcommunications of public crisis information through the example to play the positive effect ofthe government and make full use of positive role in the network in order to enhance theability of the government handing the public crisis.The article uses come methods of case analysis, literature，analysis and system analysis toresearch the effect of the government in the in the network communications of public crisisinformation,referencing to the management and communication theory. The article is dividedinto three parts: the first part mainly discusses the related overview of the networkcommunications of public crisis information and the effect of the government, including theconnotation and characteristics of the public crisis information networks, the theoretical basisand meaning of playing the effect of the government in the public crisis information networksand so on. The second part analyzes the Problems of the public crisis information networks incurrent China, such as information communication is not free, lacking of legal system and soon. The third part mainly put forward many tentative measures and countermeasures toadvance the effect of the government of in the public crisis information networks, accordingto the related theories of the management, it has some reference value to strengthen thegovernment’s management for the network communications of public crisis information.
